Welcome to WS Rennovations. We have over 30 years of experience working in the construction industry, with over 10 years specialising property renovations. We are also fully qualified electricians and have vast experience in bathroom and kitchen fitting. ​

We have an eye for detail and instil pride and passion in every job we undertake. We always work closely with our clients to ensure their dream finish is achieved.

I am an extremely passionate and motivated individual who strives for perfection and customer satisfaction. My main ethos of my company is to always go above and beyond customer expectation.

 

Since setting up in 2016 I brought my best friend Kevin Smith in to work with me and then in 2018 set up my second business in damp and condensation control, at that point I decided to make a family business and invited my mum, brother and my 2 best mates to join me as shareholders in my businesses. Since then we have grown from strength to strength and I am extremely proud of what we as a team have created.

I have worked closely with Wes for many years and have the pleasure of calling him a great friend as well as business partner. Having joined W S Renovations shortly after its creation I have really enjoyed being part of continual growth and am extremely proud of the company we are today.

I joined the team in the early days coming from a background in fire and security. Wes and Kev saw my potential after a few months and began training me in installations and full renovations to then become a team leader.

 

After a year with the team, I brought in my younger brother Ben to give him a work placement whilst at college and not long after my youngest brother Harvey joined the team too.

 

I enjoy working with such a close-knit team of dedicated craftsmen and creating dream interiors/exteriors for our clients. I like to think of myself as a perfectionist and will not leave a job with anything less than the highest quality finish achievable.

Accounts Manager

I’m Wesley’s Mum and was semi-retired when he started his business. He asked me to join him for a few months to get the office set up as I had experience from various roles at Norwich Union and later ran my own business for several years.

 

I only work 1-2 days a week now to manage the accounts. Suffice to say I’m a very proud Mum over what he and his team have achieved. Maybe one day he’ll let me retire properly!

I Have been working with the team at W S Renovations for nearly 3 years after my older brother josh got me the opportunity to join the team.

 

I started my journey whilst I was at college doing a multi trade skills course and was originally working 2 days a week.

 

After completing my course, I was offered a full-time position as a trainee kitchen and bathroom fitter.

 

I really enjoy the hands-on work and I constantly strive to learn more and grow my skills.

As both of my older brothers work with WS it made sense that I joined the team also. I am currently at college studying Construction Multi trade.

 

The job appealed to me because it gives me the opportunity to try out multiple skills and decide where I want to take my craft. 

 

I am always active in trying to improve my skills and absorb as much knowledge as I am being trained.
